VIE DINING Contemporary Vietnamese Food This contemporary Vietnamese restaurant located in Northampton, England. With two front facades to the major thoroughfare of Fish Street and Abington Street, this is a gourmet’s dream located in the town centre.
The inside of VIE DINING is furnished with modern accents mixed with traditional Vietnamese patterns, especially Hanoi – the heart of Vietnam. I made every effort to use natural materials in the decoration as much as possible, aged specifically to account for the tropical climate of Vietnam, in order to attain the highest level of authenticity.
Inspire
Hanoi is the heart of Vietnam, a place with a rich traditional culture. The beauty of a small house hidden behind rows of ancient trees, the smell of street food in the morning,… we want to bring that feeling to Vie dinner. There is something cozy and poetic but still modern and easy to explore.
